ARBEQUINA

  • Its reduced vigor makes it ideal for use in super-intensive plantations.
  • Rapid entry into production and high productivity.
  • High fat yield and excellent oil quality.
  • Resistant to cold.
  • Some resistance to repilo and verticillium wilt.
ITS OIL
Delicate and fragrant, light yellow in color with green reflections. On the nose: high in percentage of oleic acid and polyphenols, which gives them extraordinary stability. In the mouth it has an elegant entry; It is fluid and sweet on the palate, where banana and strawberry predominate.

ARBOSANA

  • Its reduced vigor makes it ideal for use in super-intensive plantations.
  • Rapid entry into production and high productivity.
  • Resistant to cold and repilo.
ITS OIL
Golden yellow with green hues. On the nose: tendency to green fruity, ripe tomato and in the mouth balance between green/fresh and sweet/ripe, slightly spicy.

COBRANÇOSA

  • Low oil content. 
  • Entry into medium production 
  • High and constant productivity
  • Medium fat yield. 
  • Cold tolerant, susceptible to drought sensitive to tuberculosis and leprosy.
ITS OIL
Green in color, fruity aroma of green olives and grass, fresh, with notes of nuts, on the palate it presents balanced spiciness and bitterness.

CORNICABRA

  • High fat yield
  • Suitable for poor soils and cold and dry areas
ITS OIL
Of excellent quality, on the nose it has an intense fruitiness of green olives and leaves, balsamic fragrance and quite complex. On the palate it has a dense and persistent body, it has a very balanced bitterness and spiciness but with notes of high intensity.

GALEGA

  • 80% of the olive trees planted in Portugal are of this variety.
  • Low oil content.
  • Rapid entry into production.
  • High and alternating productivity, low fat yield.
  • Tolerant to drought and sensitive to cold.
  • Resistance to verticillium wilt and sensitive to tuberculosis.
ITS OIL
Yellow in color, fruity on the nose of ripe olives and apples. Very soft and sweet on the palate.

HOJIBLANCA

  • Low fat yield. 
  • Resistant to cold, limestone soils and drought. 
  • Excellent quality of its oil.
ITS OIL
Fruity base of green and ripe olives, with notes of other ripe fruits. Slight hints of grass green, which balance nuances between bitter and medium spicy. With a slightly sweet finish on the palate.

KORONEIKI

  • Rapid entry into production. 
  • High and constant productivity, high fat yield. 
  • High vigor. 
  • Resistance to repilo and moderately resistant to verticillium wilt and sensitive to tuberculosis. 
  • Resistant to drought and susceptible to cold.
ITS OIL
Excellent quality, (high oleic acid content), dark green in color, medium-high intensity smell of herbs and almonds. In the mouth, the spicy and bitter perception stands out, with notes of fresh grass, olives, green tomatoes and artichoke.

PICUAL

  • Early entry into production. 
  • High productivity. 
  • Resistant to tuberculosis.
ITS OIL
On the nose it has a medium fruitiness of green olive and leaf, fragrant and quite complex aroma, balsamic with hints of mint, spearmint and some citrus. On the palate, it has a well-structured and persistent body, it has a very balanced bitterness and spiciness.

TOSCA

  • Very weak vigor, it presents optimal vegetative development, adapting perfectly to the formation of its central axis, ideal for use in super-intensive plantations. 
  • It is resistant to cold and repilo. 
  • High productivity and high fat yield.
ITS OIL
Very interesting and stable green color, dominated by fresh grass, artichoke and leaf combined with sweet-ripe nuances.

TRANSPORT AND PALLETIZING
